ISIS engineers have developed a set of software and hardware components that are deployed in ISIS wireless systems. These components allow ISIS to offer a wide range of solutions in numerous fields.

Coral2K® is a software tool designed by ISIS for monitoring and control of environments across wireless sensors and actuators networks (WSAN).

Coral2K® architecture allows users to configure the WSAN to fulfill any environment requirements (offices, tunnels, warehouse, hospitals, etc.), deploying the most suitable type of sensors and actuators in each scenario.

Coral2K® software has been designed to facilitate the scalability of wireless networks. The outcome is a user-friendly application where the network status is displayed and alarms can be configured and defined straightway to address environment requirements.

It is the main element in ISIS wireless networks.

Fixed nodes are available nodes both fitted and not fitted with sensors. Nodes fitted with sensors included sensors of temperature, humidity and luminosity. Additionally, these nodes can also be fitted with any sensor type of sensor such as CO, CO2, movement, volume of water, etc. depending on the environment requirement. Actuators can also be fitted to control automatically systems such as lighting and A/C systems as well as any other electric equipment such as house appliances. Nodes without sensors are deployed to send the monitoring information to the central system. These nodes are mainly deployed in localization systems.

Fixed nodes can be deployed both indoor and outdoor environments. In the latter, a special packing is provided to achieve isolation and protection (IP65).

These nodes are a wireless unit that can be worn in a comfortable way either in the wrist or in the waist. It has been designed to be deployed in monitoring systems to prevent potential accidents (workers ‘safety, falls detection, etc.). These nodes receive alarm warnings from monitoring system in real time. These nodes can also trigger alarms when potential risks are detected as well as when users need to raise an alarm.

It has been designed to control electrical devices automatically such house appliances. Based on the fixed node architecture, it is fitted with 8 relays to switch electrical devices from the electrical panel based on the configuration of the monitoring and control system.
